On Friday, June 11, YouTube suspended U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin, from its site for uploading videos from his appearance at the Milwaukee Press Club.
Johnson appeared at a Milwaukee Press Club’s Newsmaker lunch hour on June 3. After the suspension, YouTube also removed the content from the Press Club’s YouTube page.
We hold these on-the-record events with journalists so the public has access to politicians and other decision makers, so they can get a better understanding of what they are thinking when they make decisions that affect all of us.
